Art. 1 — Subject

These T&C govern the sale of access tickets and stands for Bruxsl Barber Xpo 2026, held on Sunday 18 October 2026 at the Gare Maritime, Tour & Taxis, Rue Picard 9, 1000 Brussels.

Art. 2 — Ticketing

Tickets are sold via Weezevent — my.weezevent.com.

• Tickets are personal and cannot be modified after purchase.
• Valid on 18 October 2026 upon presentation of the QR code.
• Lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets will be refused at the entrance.

Art. 3 — Prices & payment

Prices are in euros (€). Visitor prices are VAT inclusive; exhibitor prices are VAT exclusive. Full payment online. Overdue payments incur interest of 1%/month after 10 days.

Art. 4 — Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Belgian economic law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to event tickets. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of full cancellation by the organiser.

Art. 5 — Cancellation or postponement

In the event of full cancellation, full refund within 30 days. In the event of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date.

Art. 6 — Exhibitors & sponsors

Stand prices from €1,350 excl. VAT (Small) to €5,800 excl. VAT (Premium). Deposit required at booking. Cancellation results in forfeiture of amounts paid.

Art. 7 — Access

• The organiser may refuse entry to anyone behaving inappropriately.
• Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Art. 8 — Image rights

By entering the event, visitors consent to the use of their image for the promotion of current and future editions.

Art. 9 — Force majeure

The organiser shall not be liable in cases of force majeure under Belgian law.

Art. 10 — Disputes

Belgian law applies. Contact: contact@bbxpo.be — Brussels courts have jurisdiction.
